Monthly/long-term site rules
Deposit and Amenities
We require a $500 deposit for all monthly reservations. We currently do not have a laundry facility. The nearest laundromat is 2.3 miles.
Application And Screening Required
A complete and accurate application is required for EVERY adult requesting to stay with us. We do not allow same-day reservations for monthly-sites. Please plan accordingly.
Application Fee
There is a $30 non-refundable application fee for EACH adult. No exceptions.
Background Check
We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. In order to do so, we require that each prospective tenant go through a screening process that includes a full background check. Please note that applicants with any incidences including, but not limited to, offenses of a sexual nature and/or theft will not be approved.
RV Age
Your RV must be 10 years or newer and in good condition. We may make an exception if your RV is in great condition. If your RV is a 2014 or older, please text CURRENT pictures of all four sides to: 830-500-9595 before completing this application.
If you have dogs:
Please be advised that we have strict policies regarding dogs. Most breeds are allowed (see our policies page for more information) but we do require that your dog is on a leash at all times and that you pick up their poop and dispose of it in the dumpster. If you fail to pick up after your dog, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Please consider this carefully before completing an application.
